Michael Krumpak is the founder of L4 Learning Solutions and the creator of National Leadership Development Day. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), award-winning author of Why Smart Leaders Do Stupid Things, and a recognized voice in leadership pipeline strategy.

For more than two decades, Michael has built and led leadership development functions inside some of the world's most demanding organizations — designing executive coaching programs, scaling leadership pipelines, and helping CEOs and CHROs build the next generation of "ready-now" leaders.
